Cyberlancer NFTs are a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Polygon network. This website serves as an interface for users to engage in the exchange of digital collectibles. Users bear full responsibility for the security and management of their private Polygon wallets, as well as for validating all transactions and contracts executed through this website before granting approval. It is crucial to note that, as the Cyberlancer NFT smart contract operates on the Polygon network, there is no capacity to reverse, undo, or restore any transactions.
This website and its associated services are offered “as is” and “as available” without any form of warranty. By utilizing this website, you accept sole responsibility for any and all transactions related to Cyberlancer NFT digital collectibles.
Ownership
i. Ownership of the NFT: Each Cyberlancer is an NFT on the Polygon blockchain. Upon the acquisition of an NFT, you obtain complete ownership of the underlying Cyberlancer and its associated artwork. Ownership of the NFT is entirely governed by the Smart Contract and the Polygon Network. At no point do we possess the capability to seize, freeze, or otherwise alter the ownership of any Cyberlancer.
ii. Personal Use: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Internset DAO grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize, copy, and display the purchased artwork, including any extensions created or employed by you, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your personal, non-commercial use; (ii) within a marketplace permitting the purchase and sale of your Cyberlancer NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each Cyberlancer owner to exhibit the artwork for their respective Cyberlancer, ensuring that only the rightful owner can display the artwork; or (iii) as part of a third-party website or application that allows the inclusion, participation, or involvement of your Cyberlancer, provided that the website or application cryptographically verifies each Cyberlancer owner’s rights to display the artwork for their Cyberlancer, and the artwork ceases to be visible when the Cyberlancer owner departs from the website or application.
iii. Commercial Use: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Internset DAO grants you an unrestricted, worldwide license to utilize, copy, and display the purchased artwork for the purpose of creating derivative works founded on the artwork (“Commercial Use”). Examples of Commercial Use encompass the utilization of the artwork for producing and selling merchandise products (e.g., T-shirts) featuring copies of the artwork. To clarify, nothing in this Section is intended to limit you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that enables the utilization and sale of Cyberlancers in general, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Cyberlancer owner’s rights to display the artwork for their Cyberlancer, ensuring that only the rightful owner can display the artwork; (ii) owning or operating a third-party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Cyberlancers in general, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies each Cyberlancer owner’s rights to display the artwork for their Cyberlancer, and the artwork ceases to be visible once the owner of the purchased Cyberlancer departs from the website or application; or (iii) earning revenue from any of the aforementioned activities.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use and ownership of Cyberlancer NFTs on the Polygon network. It is essential to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant experience within the Cyberlancer ecosystem.
